ヒューラ
Wheeee! Yesterday and today seem great so far! I haven't felt completely unwilling whenever I have to go out and run errands~ It's actually a nice feeling to WANT to go get things done. My room is almost completely clean, I've picked up my art from the Lyndon House, and I finally go to go back to Japanese class after three weeks. (And my homework was finished, too!)
I don't suck too much at Japanese, despite the fact that I haven't studied AT ALL... XD I'm still not feeling very productive art/sewing-wise, but I think I can work through that.
Kata and I are making a sort of schedule to use as guidelines for whenever we hang out~ this is to ensure that we actually get a decent amount of real work done before this year's AWA comes up~We're not gonna go by it, but at least we're pretending. XD
Tomorrow, Valeria and I are going to Atlanta to see a Taiko (Japanese drumming) performance, which promises to be exciting. :3 I want to wear my kimono, but it's not very practical for this kind of weather. (Even though it looks like we might already be creeping up on spring...)
There's another gallery showing at the Lyndon house that I'm going to enter. I already have tow things that I'd like to submit, possible three~ So I don't need to worry about painting anything new before the submission deadline (which is in about three days). Hopefully something I submit will get accepted. I've never tried to enter the Juried Exhibition before. ^__^; Excited.
I have that meeting with Dr. Kaufman on Wednesday, and this time I won't freak out because I know where to go, how to get there, and I've already met the guy. Thing should go much more smoothly this time.

Essentially, there's nothing out of the ordinary happening lately~ I'm just in a much better mood about it all. :D HOW REFRESHING!

OH! And the best news of all!!! (Yes, I'm sad too that I'm such a geek that this is the best news...) I FINALLY FOUND YUKO SASAKI! I'm not crazy! She still exists! I went poking around on the net last night, and found a bunch of her songs uploaded on imeem! URESHIIIIIIIII~!!!
I've been searching for music by her for pretty much NINE YEARS almost, and found NOTHING. No one's heard of her, no one remembers her from Morning Musume...NOTHING. O_o; But she was really good, and I loved tons of her songs, and she's one of those big musical chunks of my childhood. NOOOOOW I can hear her stuff again! I almost cried where I finally heard "Gyutto Zutto" again, for the first time in years. XD
Yep, I was that happy, and I'm that much of a dork. What can y'do? ^_^;

HERE, LISTEN!

WHEEE~! Time for karaoke!

Look at all our talent for stealth posting. I had this sneaking suspiscion that your comment was a diversion! Hah. Well I'm glad you're in a good mood. I feel pretty good too. I'll check Yuko no ongaku out when I'm at the library later.

Uggghhh, defeat. I just spent 3 hours on a value study that turned out terribly. Blame my coffee-deprivedness for sketching in charcoal pencil instead of vine charcoal, and then trying to add 80% of my values with compressed charcoal. Plus it was my value final, and it was done in-class so I couldn't redo it. On the brighter side though, my composition was pretty good and my proportions were, I think, the best I've ever drawn them. I can't wait to get my work back so I can post pics (even though they're really not impressive. Just value studies on simple shapes).

*sigh* I really feel like sitting around on the internet for the rest of the day, but... Italian test tomorrow. College is so dumb. That statement seems funny, for some reason.

Moving on, you're watching Bleach! YES! That's SUCH GOOD NEWS. I'm a pathetic fangirl for half the characters. Maybe more than half. And now I have someone to fangirl with! Gin is way cooler than he gets credit for in the Sereitei arc. I'm so bloody happy you like him. I got sick of waiting for episodes and ended up reading some of the manga, and discovered that - oh god Tesla is so rapeable. I'd say adorable, but he's not exactly cuddly, so we get a more vulgar word. Tesla is the new Kira, in short. [I just got to his first appearance, despite writing about him earlier. Back then all I knew was that he existed.]

My sudden intake of caffeine is having amazing effects. I haven't felt this energetic since I developed my laughably high caffeine tolerance! YAY!

Did you find A Sure Shot online, or did you get those files to work? One of these days I'll zip the cd and upload it the normal way, if not. Calla sort of reminds me of Mushi-shi~ quiet, dischordant, and a little creepy. I love them so much. But I keep having dreams about mushi :/ [← off-topic]

So then, DGray - Lavi gets progressively hotter, Lenalee gets progressively more pathetic, Allen gets progressively more unlikely, and Komui keeps the series afloat. Yes, we've surely solved it. *nod* I would say, my dear associate, that the equation is at this point beautifully simplified.

And just like that, the caffeine buzz dissipates. *sigh*

I have another Nihongo question: "kuso" is translated as "damn" and "shit" all the time, but according to nee-san the meaning is closer to "darnit." Does Japanese contain actual swear words? I'm only curious because.. wait. I don't know. *shrug*

I'm not sure about Gaia. It's not my thing, but if it's so addicting... *shakehead* I should definitely stay away. I already spend too much time online, I can't sacrifice any more study time :'[ as much of a nerd as that makes me. I want SUCCESS, damnit! And I'll have it! I am the strongest Espada!!1!@ Ahahaha.... ^^; Well then. That was interesting. But thank you for the invitation!

And good luck with that exhibition! It's not my productivity, it's Chuck Norris. Srsly. You might start building small businesses in your sleep if you have much more of it. Speaking of which, it's time for el (en realidad no) primera espada me to go study.

Ohhohohh~ El Primera strikes again! I can take on any shiniga-er, Italian test! Despite missing over a week of class and spending a grand total of around an hour studying! Mwahahaa! yay. I feel pretty accomplished. But I smell like a boy :| Stupid gym shower gel. I should really just buy my own, but if the management is going to the trouble of providing everything... Why waste? I'm developing a great talent for getting free food, too. I could be homeless no problem.

Bleach is getting so many new characters. I get a new fetish every week. It's getting a little confusing, though @_@;; I keep getting their names mixed up. It's a good thing some of them are numbered ^^ I might have to assign my actual friends numbers, it works so well.

I hope your meeting went well! If you ever feel like it, I'd love to see more of your art - so *fidgets* p-post some pictures? We of the OMPEUDG NW Division are curious. Tesla, do that thing where you make your eyes all big and sort of half-quirk an eyebrow, and ask very nicely. See? How could you resist that face? I'll post pictures of my stuff too. I think I get my value final back tomorrow.

So, tell me all about the meeting, and talk endlessly about whatever you want. I certainly attack you with enough useless blather. Thanks for the Japanese lesson, as well *bow*

drop it like it's a trig class: Tesla
Bribe her. Tell her you're sorry. Tell her you need the computer for Japanese, and to stay in touch with all those professors who want to help you get... college-ey. Clean your room. Be friendly and conversational. Remind her of all the reasons she appreciates/loves you. Smile alot. Do things you know she'd like you to do without being asked. Tell her how pretty she is (but creatively. Ex: wow, that shirt makes your eyes so blue). This is how you sway a mother [I think I'm more of a politician than a daughter. Is this... bad?]

But if you're gonna go buy you a laptop, I suppose it's really not necessary. Ooh! You should get a tablet! I want one so bad :[ You seem to get alot of bad coffee. Maybe it's the machine? If it brews too slowly or heats the water too much/not enough, then the coffee can get burnt, or brew for too long, or be weak and bitter. I highly recommend a french press.

Lenalee, Lenalee. The issue now is, her innocence is all wonky and it hurts her legs, so she's constantly fragile/helpless/a victim/used as leverage by bad people. And when she gets back to HQ, Hevlaska extracts her innocence and reverts it to a solid state - so Lenalee has to choose if she wants to try to synchronize with it again, or if she'd... um, rather not. And this is what she thinks: "It was always heavy... it always hurt... Hmmm I am a pathetic loser so I might have to waver a bunch before I make up my mind."

But Lavi is exceptionally hot without that stupid bandana. Sometimes I wish I was the overlord of bishounen hairstyles or something, because - HONESTLY! Renji, lose the ridiculous ponytail and sweatband thing! Lavi, your shoegaze hair is so much better than your scene hair - so keep the bandana off! And Uryuu! If those hairflaps get any worse, I'm going to have to call them ailerons. *sigh* Some people and their cephal filaments.

I have to go soon, but before I do, of course Kata-san can have a letter! I thought she already did. I don't talk to her much, but she seems awesome enough. My guess is she could take on toast in shikai without a hitch. And, feel free to decide stuff within your jurisdiction. Think of us as the branch heads in DGray~ D-sama is head of the SW division, and I'm head of the NW division. ...Why does this seem so exciting? Am I really that nerdy? () Yes.
